'90 Coupe Quattro - what is a fair price for this car?

Hello listers,

I am interested in getting estimates on what listers would be willing to pay
for the following car:

1990 Audi 90 Coupe Quattro, 20 valve 
(Canadian spec car)

some pros I noticed:
1) Car performed well during a test drive. 
2) Red paint is in excellent condition
3) Black leather interior is in excellent condition
4) No obvious problems with suspension or engine
5) power everything

some cons I noticed:
1) 160k miles on the odometer
2) minor rust (middle exhaust looks like it is about to go)
3) all suspension parts are original, according to the owner
4) original CV joints
5) no air bag (=higher insurance premiums)
6) parking brake is non functional
7) banging sound coming from right rear of suspension when going over speed
bumps
8) wheels have been up close and personal with a few curbs
9) car stumbles at idle when cold
10) power everything

I would be very interested in hearing what listers would pay for this car.
