BTDTs for valve guides removal-refitting please!

Hi all!

Tomorrow I'll try to take the valve guides out of a 10 valve head and I'd 
like someone (Huw?) to tell me what to do in order to take them out.
Also, is it possible to refit the old valve guides if they are not worn? I 
have to take them out for a porting and polishing job, so, could someone 
help me please?
