how do I remove a sheered off bolt

Except that eeze outs only work about 10% of the time. And sometimes 
they break off in the hole, and are impossible to drill out because 
they're at least as hard as a drill bit.

There's a technique involving welding a nut on with a mig welder 
that's supposed to work quite well. Go over to the air cooled vw 
newgroups, or type2.com and look in the archives, or ask about this. 
Air cooled vw's by their very nature experience a LOT of broken off 
bolts.
