Giving Up On 4kq Clunk

Sounds like one of the spring perches may not be lined up properly... i've 
had this happen...
when does it clunk? go over bumps, is it a directional clunk?
have the ball joints and rear tie rods been done?
there IS a reason for it.. and it CAN be fixed...
sounds like you have a nice car that you are throwing the towel in on...
what kind of suspension setup is on the car?
