sunroof panel removal

Sorry, guys, another technical question. I'm in the process of 
replacing the headliner in my 200, and need a little assistance.  The 
inside panel of the sunroof, how can I remove this?  It looks like I 
might have to remove the entire sunroof assembly to get this panel 
out of the tracks on either side, and would rather not do this, as 
I've had a few sunroof mechanisms apart, and not one of them has been 
fun.  Anyone who has done this procedure, please reply to me as soon 
as possible, as I would like to get my headliner back in the car by 
the weekend. Thanks for your continied help.
