Dan, it's YOU who should be supported by ME for running the list, not the
other way round!
Seriously, the camaraderie on the list is the best I've ever encountered,
bar none.
I've received so many favours, help, support, hints etc. from various
listers over the years, it's really too much! I've made lots of
long-distance friends on the list, visited the US twice and have been
received into the homes of several listers (thanks to everyone, you know
who you are!), it's incredible. I've been involved in the European circles
of old British cars before, but it seems that Audis attract the nicest people.
Really guys, this is too much.

PS Spotted an original Dutch-market '78 100GLS yesterday as I turned out of
the office parking lot. In as-new shape, REALLY rare. Made my day, pity I
didn't have my camera on me or I'd have followed the guy...
