Value of Blue Dreamer?

Hey all.. I was thinking of selling blue dreamer and was wondering if
anyone could give me a better idea what its worth..
Spec's:
86 audi 5000s with unknown mileage (odo stopped at 120k about 3 yrs ago)

interior: excellent condition - leather with the typical cracking on
drivers seat.. but no tears/rips.

engine: runs good, starts good, very happy at high speeds.. idle is nice
and stable though car doesnt have the power it once did.  Engine was
replaced with a used one about 5 years ago.

parts with lifetime warranty: Modine Radiator, Bosal Muffler/Resonator,
Bosch Calipers, Bosch Master Cylinder, Bosch Idle Fuel Regulator, Bendix
Pads, Jorgen Steering Rack, Bosch Sparkplug wires

known problems: minor damage at rear quarterpanel from an accident -- was
repaired but still noticable.  paint is cracking (but no rust), burns oil
(add about 1qt every 2 months), moonroof sometimes scratches when it
closes. Airconditioning works when recharged, but hoses are leaky
resulting in the charge dissapearing after a month or so.  AC controller
is shot so ac/heat must be controlled manually.


Everything else is great (from doorhandles to powerantenna ;-)
