CIS turbo power/boost limits

Well, ~14.7 psia is 0 psig. If the 20psi Ned was talking about was talking
about was psia, then the stock 5kt ran >20psi. 14.7+~6 is 20.7, but he was
talking about 20 psig. 1.8bar is around 12psig I think. I should have done
the conversion to avoid confusion I guess. Ned says the 5kt fuel system is
good for >20psi Scott says its good for about 12psi. I guess there is one
sure fire way to avoid any problems with running lean-EFI.
