Speaking specifically about your injector volumes I would suggest
repeating the test with one of the low volume ones swopped onto the line of
a high volume one, this is so that you can distinguish between an injector
problem or a fuel distributor problem.
Have you checked the control pressure, or at least the electrical side
of the warm-up regulator?
Have you totally eliminated the ignition side ?
Have you eliminated vacum leaks (even if they don't seem relevant to
your current symptoms)?
