Quietly looking for A4/A6 avant-questions

Yes indeed. Thankfully, this beholder's eyes are *inside* the car
when he's driving it, so he doesn't have to look at it....

As for the auto versus the stick, the A6 Avants never got a stick,
unless you go to an Allroad with the 6-speed. I finally traded my
'95 A6QA (with a 4-speed auto) and bought one of the FEW '00 A6Q
sedans with a 5-speed stick.
