YESSSS!!! and a new question (seat heat)

Yes!  Thanks to everyone for their advice about the courtesy light timer
rela	y.  Fixed the problem right up!  While I was "picking & pulling" (and
feeling emboldened to be "work on my own car guy"), I also found a VW
programmable wiper relay.  Such an improvement!  Finally, I lucked out and
found a spiffy-clean sun visor that didn't suffer from "visor droop."  The
timer relay was a bit tricky and I'm sure the purists out there will "tsk,
tsk" me, but I was able to swap it out by only removing the storage shelf
under the dash (and not the whole dash cover).  It helps to have long
fingers.

Digging around in there brought up a new question:  What are the odds that
the driver's seat heat RELAY is to blame for it going out?  At first, I
presumed it might be a wire because I'm a big guy and maybe I stressed it
too much.  However, if it is just the relay...

Any thoughts?
