Zoiks!  I don't think so.  As long as he can identify you in some way, 
you're toast.  Get a lawyer and see if he/she can get the speed reduced.
It will pay for itself in insurance savings hopefully.  Or at least help 
your record for the ticket you're about to be handed next year month, and 
next year.
