I suggest you remove the CSV power wire from the starter terminal to which
it is attached and piggyback it to the starter actuation terminal (50).  See
if that helps.  We've seen numerous examples of an internal failure in the
solenoid.  This is an easy fix, and should solve the problem.  Be careful to
do it in such a way that you don't degrade the integrity of the connection.
