still looking for help on 98 a6 avant climate control problem

if your car is the 100 series car, go to 12v.org, it
has tips on how to read the built in diagnostics of
your controls, and lists all the codes, quickly if you
push the lower right button, and the upper right
button at the same time you can see if any codes are
stored.
