Just a quick question: In Vermont, and I think in many states, the officers 
insist that you remain in your vehicle( understandable what with attacks 
etc), but the officer is the only one who sees this "locked" speed readout. 
When one gets to court there is an obvious difference as to the speed and 
that readout is the only evidence. given that, it becomes a "your word 
against mine" situation. Yet ,again in Vermont, the judge ALWAYS (not most of 
the time) sides with the officer. This is no matter who you are, what your 
driving record is etc.
