Possible Cabriolet acquisition-help

OK guys (and gals) the SO is looking at an Audi Cab instead of the Chrysler
Sebring conv., so we might yet be a 2 Audi car family. Car is  a 97
green/tan, 55k, second owner (bought from friend, original owner who had 3
year lease). Other than 60k service (timing belt, water pump etc.,$300-400?)
other other issues to be particularly concerned about? We are going to see
tonight so prompt responses are much appreciated. Respond to either
