Subject: 4000Q 5-bolt Conversion Completed!

Gary,

You are basically slamming the whole idea just because your way didn't work out (at least that's how I read it), I feel this is unfair to all who are toying with the idea.
I love my 5 bolts on my 4kq and it took me one day to get the parts on the car (once they were prepared and everything was planned).
Feel free to view pictures on my site.

Also, Ken, feel free to forward this to the main list as I am not subscribed at the moment, however I felt I should comment on the issue not to scare anyone from doing this worth while conversion.

Not if you use 5kt struts and know someone with a welder.

It's not just the wheels. The brakes and beefier suspension for some rallying etc. is added benifit.
I have had mine for over 2 years now and could not be happier with it.

HTH
