Keys.. Was Four OFF the Ground?

I never encountered this "feature," but then I don;t drive a lot of
cars.  I guess the Saabs make you shift to neutral to get their key out,
I thought it was a fairly unique feature.

What *would* be nice is if the steering wheel did not lock when you turn
the key "off" but only when you pull it out.
