Location - Fault activation??

Thanks for your help.

Not exactly sure on model date but car has single knock sensor and no air bag which I think puts it in the early version.  Additionally, I think the dealer imported this car from California.  

I tried inserting fuse in the FPR but did not notice any codes, lights, etc on instrument panel.  Am I looking in right place?
