About 70 MC saloons in 1989, I think.

No, leather seats don't worry me either way.  I like the ones in the ur-quattro, and the cloth ones in the bus.  I had to sit in the
bus for nine hours at a stretch last week and didn't feel any problems at all.

There's a cooling duct for the engine mount on the Type 44 - seems to avoid all the problems the ur-quattros see.
