chips

Ok...I know you guys are probably tired of this subject, but I've been
unsatisfied with searches I've done on the net. I'm REALLY on a budget, but
I want it done right. I've read bad things about TAP, IA sounds nice---but
expensive, and then there's QLCC chip which I don't know too much about. I
can't find a place to get the QLCC chip...how much is it? I can get another
ECU for $10, so I've even thought about trying the mods myself (even though
I'll have to have someone solder for me!) Can anyone gimme some help? Any
chips I haven't mentioned?
