A 20V is a Type 44 with flared arches. They're as common as muck in Germany and I saw about twenty at the megameet in Celle. As far as I konw, no RHDs were built. General opinion is that about twenty were officially imported into the UK, but apparently there was a significant grey trade.
It's a VERY nice car indeed, and I personally don't think the LHD is a problem.
UFO brakes, of course, though with what we know know about them, no longer considered a problem.
