I don't think there are differences between the type 89 and B4 hubs. The
type 85 and type 89 four-spoke wheels can be exchanged by pulling the turn
signal cancelling rings (both vehicles have the positions reversed) but I
think the B4 kept the type 89 arrangement. Incidentally, the type 44 uses
the same setup as the type 89.
