100 Euro lights... help with rebuilding them..

I talked to one shop in southern CA that advertises vacuum metalizing.
Yes, they can do headlight reflectors, but they have a $220 minimum
order, and they haven't replied on how many reflectors you could squeeze
in for that minimum.
