Correct Trans Fluid for '86 4KQ?

I sent an email to Red Line 2 months ago, and they recommended MT90, and
that's what I'm using now.
I found the shifting slightly better.
However, I think that any decent GL4 would do the same compared to the old
fluid. The difference might surface under stress or on the long run(IMHO).
