The KH is missing the little port that goes to the ISV
for pre TB metered air. This is the hole in the point
of the teardrop on the MC IM. So it was probably
designed to simplify the plumbinbg of the intake
system. Hard to believe with the rest of the mess in
there. I had a pipe ran to the port on my KH IC to
feed the ISV. With the EFI you can get away with
leaving the ISV open to atmosphere, but it does leak a
little and should be piped into the intake.
