Help! - Blowing Fuel Pump Fuses in 4kq

Subject car is an '84 4ksq w/ 180k miles

I started blowing fuel pump fuses (15 amp) yesterday and as the day
progressed the problem got worse.  Started out just blowing a fuse every
several hours and now it blows a fuse just as soon as I switch on the
ignition.  So now I cannot get it started.  Has anyone had this happen
(BTDT) and what was your solution?
