For the love of ... Audi gods! I wasn't going to say anything because I
thought that the damage looked pretty much a simple fix and the price
wouldn't have been much different, but after that price I've gotta check out
my end.
A freind of mine had his Asuna Sunfire quoted for a complete strip,
straighten and paint. I can't remember where but it was less then $1500.
He lives here in Guelph but I can't remember where he went for the quote.
He hasn't had it done yet so I can't say anything on quality but he was
recommended them by a freind of his that was very happy with their work. As
soon as I find out who the company was, I'll let you know.

Well I went down to Washburns and had them take a look at the car. The
fellow poked around for 15 minutes or so, popped the hood, and then went
inside to do an estimate. He said I need a new fender, $325 through the
shop, hood can be repaired, looks like the front bumper support has been
pushed slightly inwards which bent the flat face of the front wing a bit,
that needs to be bent back to line up the support, the driver's upper
support is listed as needing replacing, and then refinishing and painting
everything damaged. Total comes out to just under $1500.

So I think I might go looking for a used fender and hood to save some
scratch. Maybe if I am lucky, doubt that, some yard out there will have a
Tornado Red TYP89 that got smacked in the rear. Then again I do have my 80
at Double Z, maybe Pete wouldn't mind me taking that fender, but the hood is
toast on the 80 too though. I will get the European front bumper painted up
and that fitted instead of trying to repair this one.

Also looks like it may take a few weeks to even get the car into the
shop. So I removed most of the driver's front end and did some home repair.
Popped in a regular US light without corner signal because it won't fit. I
bent back the under light trim to hold it in place. The bumper won't
properly clip up on the driver's side anymore. Car looks really goofy, but
that's life and shit happens!

Thanks too all!
