MC-2 Guts

I think I've found a good MC-2 engine locally for my
rebuild. Sorry Chris. 116k, 85 psi compression on
all five cylinders. This was checked without running
the engine first, so everything was dry. Are these
good values? Also, I'm building this to be a 300 -
350 hp engine so I want to do it right this time. I
don't want to do to much to the bottom end, but should
I replace the rings or anything like that while I'm in
there? After that I'm going to use an S4 head gasket
with ARP head studs and a P&P head with 40 mm intake
valves. Then onto a less restrictive EM/header and
turbo in the future. It would be nice to balance and
blue print everything, but that can wait till next
time:)
TIA
