Never seeing a 20V block I would guess from my experience with the eurovan
block the headgasket would work, aligning pins might be in a different place
and I am not sure if the head bolt size is the same as a 10V or not. But
still the 10V head gasket holds up well to 20 PSI and I have heard of people
running as high as 23 PSI using an OEM headgasket. Is there a cost savings?
Whetever you use make sure it's original equipment and made in Germany as
Diesels like to eat oem stuff made in Spain or Brazil.
