I ran mine at 20 psi for a while, but it still ended
up blowing.  I have to admit it was most likely due to
the old head bolts, and you may be fine with some good
head studs.  If the ur-s4 gasket is stronger, I would
rather have it on there just so I can sleep better at
night.
