Performance tip for throttle body?

the (n/a) Audi throttle bodies changed in about'83 to a larger secondary
butterfly:

This TB is an upgrade not only to the earlier Audis but, I guess, to a
slew of VW products.  More air at WOT is the gain.  The IM's all have
inlets that fit the bigger 2ndary, and the gaskets are all the same.
