Type-44: 200q cooling system flush/fill tips.

I found neither drain (and Bentley's doesn't mention any) on my 200Q 10V.
Dropping hoses and T-stat housing, I got about 5.5 of the 8 or so quarts
out of it. Flush 'til clear and refill. I used Pentosin (blue), which is
a bit more concentrated than the Phosphate stuff you usually find and at
$8/bottle, it's actually about the same price as the phosphate free
Prestone Long Life (orange). Got it from Double ZZ motors, on the vendor
list (and fortunately withing reasonable driving distance to me). Seems
to work just fine. The only problem I could see with the remaining 1.5 or
so quarts left in the block would be if I switched to Mecca-Evans water
free coolant.
