Who was working on a Real time engine monitoring system?

Scott Mockery also had one in his 200 at the 98 Monterey Historics. It was a
small LCD which scrolled all ECU information across the screen.  If I
remember correctly, it was a joint venture with Scott and one of his friends.
I was very interested until I found out their projected target cost was very
high. Does anyone else have more information on this project?
