Audi Christmas

Well I hope everyone got what they wanted and had a good Xmas. I am the
proud new owner of the fam's 200q20v Avant. It was my christmas present, at
least the key on a ribbon was. I also managed to grab a neat little Audi
Sport plate frame, kind of neu S4'ish for my taste, but it's pretty nice and
may end up on the 200 for giggles.

Now I've got a busted 90q20v in the garage awaiting a hood, light,
trims, and paint job, plus the 200q20v which needs lots of love. I have to
decide on which car to focus on, but for now it will have to be the 90q20v
which will be my daily driver for now, that may change. I think I may want
to tackle both cars this summer, get the 90q20v setup with my old BIRA Sys1
brakes and 2B coilovers, then wait on the engine swap. Then the 200q20v
probably needs a full engine removal and refurb, 215k miles, though we'll
see. It sure is eating oil when driven hard, needs a full exhaust including
catalytic (replace that with a 3":), blue smoke on start up no matter how
long a cool down it gets, stalling occasionally, and more.

40 valves and a turbo makes for lots of responsibility!

Cheers!
