If it's a type 44Q in the US, the only option is H+R. You MAY have to
replace your shocks to use these, they are short enough that Bilstein
recommends the Sports and says NO fitment for the HDs. As fars as
performance goes, much improved turn-in, better grip tho it pushes
slightly more, much less roll, squat and dive, slight penalty in ride,
it gets a little bouncy (not harsh, I describe it as head toss) on
undulating surfaces, on the rough stuff it's actually better controlled.
NOTE: with stifffer springs, you MUST stiffen your Koni's or the ride
will actually get bouncier due to underdamping of the springs.
