Idle Stabilizer location on 82 5Ks

Your car may or may not be equipped with one.  If it has one, it's likely
to be one of those that advances the ignition timing if the idle speed
drops below a certain threshold but otherwise does nothing.  The location
of this device (which is a little plastic box of electronics) is usually
together with the electronic ignition control module, probably under
the plastic cowling near the fuse box.
