I don't know if your car is a 20v (7A) or 10v (NG).  I suspect 10v?  The
potentiometer is bolted to the fender side of the fuel distributor, and
has a 3 pin connector.  The bolts usually have epoxy or something
covering them, but you can remove this piece.  Might I suggest a
junkyard, ideally same engine type though I suspect earlier CISE cars
migth use the same potentiometer.

They are hard to test with an ohmmeter since they have a very low
overall resistance, it's sort of easier to build a little harness and
tap in to the center wire (the other two are 0 and 5v) and measure its
output while slowly lifting the air plate.  The voltage should show a
slow steady rise with no flat spots or drop outs.

FP does not list a part number.

I think most repair places would "suggest" swapping in a used fuel dist
assembly since it is easier...
