Wheel removal, need help

       I am trying to get a front wheel off of my '90 100. All of the lug
bolts came off fairly easily except the "security bolt". I tore up two of the
"keys" for that bolt. Then I tried an impact wrench, that didn't do a thing.
After that I drilled it and inserted an easy out. The easy out snapped. Then
I welded a grade 8 bolt to the lug bolt and only succeeded in shearing the
bolt I welded on. Then I welded a 7/8ths nut to the stub of the bolt, trying
to turn that only sheared the remainder of the bolt Any suggestions? I guess
I am prepared to sacrifice the wheel.
