Wheel removal, need help

I'd say drill the bolt out until you can take the expensive wheel
off, and then try the usual stuck bolt things: PB Blaster, wax, blue
tipped wrench, etc. Or, if you're really patient, you can drill it
right through the middle and grind it down until there's nothing left
but threads.
