no, wait !!!!!!!! they make inside threaded sockets for this kind of thing =
!!! it actually works great for when you cant find mister customers wheel l=
ock key anywhere in his car, you just use this thing with an inpact, and it=
 rips that succer off with out much if any damage to the wheel lock. now i =
do not know the condition of your lug after all the stuff you said you did,=
 but if you can still put a socket over it, these things work great !!! i g=
ot mine from a local tool supply company. only works well with the rounded =
head kind of lockers.
