Fuch removal/Revolution rim install

I recently installed a set of 16" Revolution rims on my lowered 86 5ktqcs.
I will keep the Fuchs for planned track use.  I ended up rolling the rear
inner finders with a baseball bat.  One side of the car, with previously
repaired (poorly) damage, rolled/flared nicely.  My attempt at the other
rear fender went horribly wrong.  I now have a nice concave dent above the
tire.  Is this panel accessible from behind??  Perhaps from the trunk area??
