"I thought I purchased a set of 16" Revolution 5 spokes, at least that was
what I thought. Only two of the wheels came with the hub centering rings.
Where would be a good source for these.

I haven't seen a set of 16" rims ride so far under the rear lip of a type
44.  Have you lowered it, is the offset close to stock?  I'm running 16 X 8
with a 40MM ET, I think< with no clearance issues.
Anyway, any goos machine shop should be able to make you some nice hub
adapters with your existing 2 as patterns.  If you need to run the car
without them for a short time simply "center" your rims with the wheel
bolts, gradually snugging each abit before final torque. this should work if
your using the stock bolts.
