Sorry Phil, the intended emphasis was to be on "... AREA speak" not Payne
per se (i.e. Payne was to be a regional locator, not a personal endorser.)
BTW, a "bootstrapping" about here has also meant a good whipping on
occasion.  Mea coupla (as I believe the correct Philadelphian/NJ Latin
drinking toast should go, if you make to that 200+ variety place in Atlanta)
