1991 200 engine options

If you will all please excuse my ignorance, did all
1991 audi's come with the 20valve engine in some form
(other than the V8 of course)?
Specifically the 200. If i see one for sale that says
1991 Audi 200 turbo quattro does that mean it's
automatically a 20valve? Thanks
