suspension upgrade questions

I have a 96 A4 2.8Q and am going to be getting H&R springs and either
bilstein or koni shocks, or maybe spend the extra money for coilovers and
wanted to know a couple things. First can someone tell me the pros/cons of
both the bilstein and koni shocks and coilovers. And if I lower it about
1-1.5" will I need to have the camber adjusted and if so about how much is
this going to cost me.
