obtain audi 4000 passenger seat
cut off center mount strip
cut out center of cross bar
cut off rear "legs"
weld in 1 x 1/8" cross bar
weld in 1 x 1/8" mounting bars

stop to let paint dry, take photo, write this

then drill four holes after testing position and attach office chair
base (still as it was in case this really doesn not work!) and attach
with four sheet metal screws for now...
