Seat bases for car seat to home seats

I have (and am currently sitting on) a 200 sport leather seat made into a
chair. It is very heavy, but I didn't help things with using a stout frame
and large casters. It does not roll well, but it is very nice to sit on and
the arm rest works great to rest the mouse operating arm. I am sure floor
covering choice has a lot to do with it as well. If I could only get the
power adjustment and heater working. I have not modified the seat at all,
it could be bolted back into a car directly. This also means that I still
have half of the seatbelt attached to the seat, which doesn't quite look
right in the house.
