Hebmuller was a german coachbuilder, hand made vw bug convertibles from 
'48-'50 when a fire ruined the factory..   then karmann coachworks took over, 
and the rest is history.. Hebmullers look like a bug conv, except the decklid 
is longer, and there are no vent windows..(among other differences)
