Dunno. As with everything else in the Club, the answer is: "Ask David
Preece". If you're lucky, he'll be interested. If he isn't interested,
tough shit.
I don' think David even knows about the S-list. Or the quattro list,
or the urq list, or ...

Why has the Club no secretary? Why has the Club no newsletter editor?
Why has the Club no events secretary? Same answer.
Actually it's the committee's fault - they should long ago have taken on
the responsibility of filling the vacant positions. Each time someone
quits, David volunteers and the committee takes the path of least
resistance, accepting the pathetic excuse that they can't find anyone
to do the job. What they mean is that they can't find anyone whose
face fits - there are plenty of people more than willing to help.
As I understand it, the committee hasn't even _MET_ this year. Could
be an interesting AGM. Lots of jobs are not getting done.
